Constantin D. Tușinschi received the Order of the Crown of Romania, knight rank, on 10 May 1938.
Between 1929 - 1942, Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski (Romanian: Dr. Constantin D. Tușinschi), state attorney in Cernăuți (then in Romania) from 1934, published books, booklets and articles on historical and legal topics. This volume, for the first time, reprints his entire pre-1942 oeuvre, faithfully reproducing it in its original Romanian and occasionally French language. Also included are several Romanian-language texts by Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski (Dimitrie Tușinschi), First President of the Cernăuți Court of Appeal.
Accompanied by the first comprehensive, English-language biography of the author by his grandson, historian Alexander Tuschinski.
